Did you know that eating or juicing more than 2 tspns of the mother root of turmeric raw is not good for our kidneys. The curcuma is too powerful. So we need to cook it slowly for 20mns.
So much of this knowledge gets washed away and we adopt principals that are not so good for us. Like eating salt, whether it’s sea salt or pink salt or drinking too much water leaves mineral deposits in our bodies.
